■Y/N's POV■

I'm staring at the screen in front of me, trying to focus my mind on my work.

Nara: L/N you're quite occupied with your work this week, quite the admirable employee~

Y/N: ah... haha... I just want to make sure I finish everything.

This whole week I've been trying to keep my head working by doing all of my work and even finish my task for the following week.

I save the work that I'm currently working on and then submit it to my boss's email.

Now my task for this week and some for next week is done. The moment my head got cleared from my job.

"Tendou: What if I make you fall in love with me?"

Nara: L/N!!! ARE YOU ALRIGHT??? ARE YOU TOO TIRED??? YOU SHOULDN'T OVERWORK YOURSELF!!!

I accidentally banged my head on my desk as a surge of embarrassment fills me for remembering Satori san words last week.

Y/N: I-I am o-okay haha... sorry, I guess I'm sleepy hehehe...

Since my last encounter with Satori san last week, I can't get him out of my head. Whenever I have nothing to do, I keep on seeing him on my mind.

Not just that, I think I wronged him because I only reply shortly to his message these days because I don't know what to say, and he stopped texting me two days ago.

Is he mad....

Nara: L/N?

Y/N: ah, yes?

Nara stares at me and pokes my finger. She looks at me with such a curiosity.

Nara: are you... perhaps... you are close with someone right now?

I could feel my face grew warm and then Nara smirks at me. She put her arm on my shoulder and leans closer.

Nara: haha... guess so... you look like we're trying to distract your mind these days... I thought you have a problem, but then just now, your face suddenly looks... sad and... longing for something...

Do I look like that?

Y/N: n-no... I uh... he's just ah... a friend... I um

Nara: I see I see... so, who's this lucky "friend"?

Nara's eyes making me nervous as she grinning at me. I look away and can't help to think about Satori san.

Y/N: he... is a chocolatier...

Nara: whoa? Sweet~ continue

I told Nara how he help me in the rain that day and how we became friends.

Y/N: and then last week-

The memories from last week came again and I cover my face.

Y/N: n-nothing...

Nara: you're so predictable you know sweetie... well I guess... he made you conscious of him last week? Am I wrong?

Conscious?

It's true after he said that, I can't help but think about him. Satori san is really nice and he's very attractive too. He's so kind and always gave me his handmade desert.

I'm conscious of him...

I look up and see Nara smiling at me.

Nara: well, it's better this way... better than how you look sad months ago after tour break up with that guy from the 3rd-floor division... anyway, L/N Let's go down together~

Y/N: ah... right...

Nara san is right, ever since I met Satori san, I'm starting to forget how sad I am after Sogo san.

I'm picking up my bag and follow Nara. On the elevator, a message came.

Ting!

Sender: Tendou Satori
Recipient: Y/N

Y/N, can we meet today? I have something to tell you.

I made you something too, I wish you can come.

■3rd Person POV■

Y/N's heart beating so fast, she stares at her phone. What Nara said earlier came to her mind. Then Tendou's place keeps appearing in her mind. Y/N wants to see him.

Right when Y/N and Nara walk out of the office, she walks to the bus stop when she should have gone to the station.

Nara: why are you heading that way?

Nara sees the flustered state Y/N's in. Her face is flushed red and she clutches her phone tightly, just them Nara understands and smiles.

Nara: I see... then go... I'm rooting from here... bring me the chocolate he made someday~

Y/N's face grew redder but she nods and then excuse herself and head to the bus stop, Nara smiles and then head to the station.

Just when Y/N head to the bus stop the bus came and she gets on right away. But right after she gets on the bus.

Sogo: Y/N?

Y/N looks up to see Sogo and Miki.

Y/N: ah, Hirano san, Mitarashi san... good evening.

Sogo's a little stunned that Y/N calls her with his last name and clenches his hands. Miki notices the slight changes in Sogo and grabs on Sogo's sleeve, making Sogo a little uncomfortable.

Miki: good evening L/N senpai, um, why are you getting on this bus? Ah I mean aren't you supposed to take the train?

This bus is the bus that heads to Sogo's apartment. That day, Y/N found Tendou's shop right after she ran from Sogo's place. Y/N sees the couple in front of her but she feels nothing at all.

Y/N: ah I'm heading to xx street...

Sogo: oh, it's one stop away from my stop... um, why are you going there?

Tendou's face as he welcomes her comes to her mind and somehow brought a small smile to her face.

Y/N: I have something to do around there...

Sogo's eyes widened as he sees Y/N smile in front of him. He's standing with his current girlfriend, the girl he cheated on with when he was Y/N's. But now, Y/N could stand in front of them like there's no problem between the two at all.

Sogo: ah, I see... are you m-

Ting!

A message came to Y/N's phone and she excuses herself to check.

Sender: Tendou Satori
Recipient: Y/N

Y/N chan~
So, will you come?
I promise I won't say anything weird today...(๑•́ ₃ •̀๑)

Y/N's eyes softened as she read the text and Sogo notices this. Y/N types a reply with her fingers and Sogo watches her every moves, wondering who she texted.

Yes, I'll come
I'm on my way Satori san.

Y/N chuckles as she reads the text with the cute emoticon. Sogo watches as Y/N looks happy and beautiful. The bus stop at Y/N's stop and she kindly excuse herself from the couple.

Y/N: ah, I'm going first... be careful on your way, Hirano san, Mitarashi san... good night

Y/N bows her head and gets off the bus with a smile. Heading to Tendou's shop with a happy face. Sogo stares from the bus window as the woman he hurt months ago, looks fine. Miki, stares at her boyfriend as his eyes are glued to his ex. She grips his sleeve tighter looks a bit annoyed.

Because she's rather late today, when Y/N arrived, the other workers aren't there anymore, and just like what Tendou said, he opens the door and welcomes Y/N by himself.

Y/N's heart beating faster just by the sight of the red headed chocolatier. Moreover, Tendou has already changed from his working uniform to his casual clothes, and today his hair is down which makes him look more mysterious and handsome.

Tendou: finally you come again... welcome...

Tendou smiles at Y/N and she feels her heart skips a beat.

Y/N: ah... yes... I'm a bit busy...

Tendou actually looks kind of sad but he didn't show it. He feels bad because of what he said last week and thinks that Y/N hates him for that, that's why she avoided him.

Y/N sits on the usual stool and Tendou serves her a chocolate fudge.

Tendou: try it...

Y/N brings a spoon of chocolate fudge and like always, she looks really happy and her expression always pleases Tendou.

Y/N: after all... your desert is my favorite...

Tendou is happy with the praises but, Y/N sees how Tendou suddenly looks kind of down. He is smiling but not his usual happy smile.

Y/N: Sa...tori sa-

Tendou: I'm sorry...

■Tendou's POV■

Y/N stares at me and tilts her head a little. These days, I know she avoided me. Maybe I did make her uncomfortable for saying such a thing. I at least don't want to lose her as a friend.

Tendou: you can forget what I said last week...

Her eyes widened

Yeah, I can't get ahead of myself... I made her uncomfortable

Y/N: Sa-Satori san wha-

Tendou: if what I said made you uncomfortable, you can forget it. Just please don't avoid me again... I... at least want to stay friends with yo-

Y/N: I'm thinking about you a lot that's why- hmph!

I look up to see Y/N who looks surprised by herself and brings her hands to her mouth. She looks flustered and her face turns red.

What does it mean?

Tendou: what do you mean? You're not avoiding me because you mad?

Y/N shyly shook her head no and look down at her lap.

Y/N: I uh... I tried to make myself busy and make sure my head is filled with work because.... if I don't... I keep on thinking about Satori san...

I look at the flustered woman in front of me.

Y/N: even without me talking to you on the phone... I... Satori san's words keep lingering in my head... that's why... I... avoid more interaction with you... I'm sorry... please don't apologize to me

I walk around the counter and stand next to her. Y/N looks up and she stares at me. How I thought she hated me for saying such an absurd thing to her.

Tendou: what should we do Y/N chan... you shouldn't have said that...

The words she told me just now sound so sweet... she looks so sweet...

I put my hands on the counter each on her side, trapping her between me and the counter.

Y/N: S-Satori san? What are you-

Tendou: after hearing that... I don't think I can back down again....

How could a person look sweeter than a desert?

Tendou: hearing you said that... makes me really happy... now, I really really want to make you fall in love with me...

I want her to think more of me...

Y/N is a blushing mess and she looks so small trapped like a small target in front of an eagle.

Tendou: tomorrow, let's go on a date...

Her eyes widened and her mouth slightly agape.

Y/N: e-eh... da-date..

Tendou: yep...

I want her to be conscious of me even more...

Think of me even more...
